Sunflower and Pumpkin Terms & Conditions
Your Actions
- Appropriate clothing and footwear must be worn when entering the fields. As the weather can be unpredictable at times, and the terrain uneven in places, we cannot be held responsible for any slips, trips etc., whilst on our land.
- Smoking is only allowed in designated area
- Dogs are allowed on site and must be kept on leads at all times, be held by a responsible person and all mess made by them cleared up and placed in the bins provided.
- For entrance to our Sunflower and Pumpkin field, a “vehicle” is classed as being able to carry 5 passengers, additional persons will incur an additional cost.
- Bookings are non-refundable for any tickets purchased for any of our events.
- Alcohol and Illegal Substances are not permitted on the Site.
- Climbing or standing on fences, trees, machinery etc., is strictly prohibited and parents, guardians and teachers are fully responsible for all children in their care whilst on site. Porth Farm will not accept liability for any accidents occurring to unsupervised children.
- Damage to the woodland or removal of plants is not permitted, unless in sanctioned areas.
- Porth farm will not be held liable either on site or on a farm visit for any incidents whereupon people or persons have not adhered to any rules or requests from staff.
- Should anyone act in a manner that may cause offence or infringe upon others enjoyment we reserve the right to refuse admission or remove them from our site. This includes being or appearing to be drunk and incapable, intoxicated or under the influence of illegal drugs, abusive, threatening using anti-social behaviour or being in possession of offensive weapons or illegal substances.
- In the unlikely event that you do have a concern with your visit it is important that you speak to a member of our team who will then endeavour to deal with your issue at the time. If you are not happy with the way in which your concern has been handled please email us within five working days of your visit to the contact details provided on our contact page. The issue can then be thoroughly investigated. Complaints received outside of this timescale or not raised at the time of your visit may not be considered.
- Complaints must be raised in person or on email see the contact page for details those raised on any social media platform including but not exclusive to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Trip Advisor, Google etc., will not be dealt with on social media so please email as detailed above.
Our Actions
- Porth Farm reserve the right to modify or cancel any activities due to situations that are out of our control such as severe weather conditions (under these circumstances we will where possible offer an alternative date subject to availability). We will not accept liability for any out-of-pocket expenses, disappointment or inconvenience amounting from these circumstances. We are unable to issue refunds or amend booking details (except under extenuating circumstances).
- Porth Farm make every effort to ensure that your visit is remarkable for you and your party. However, we cannot be liable for any distress caused by circumstances out of our control such as adverse weather or a queue especially during peak periods.
- We hope that you do not have any complaints when visiting Porth Farm, but obviously, if you do, we would like to have the opportunity during your visit to resolve any issue that has occurred as we aim to make your visit an enjoyable experience. If you are not happy with the way in which your concern has been handled please email us within five working days of your visit to the contact details provided on our contact page. The issue can then be thoroughly investigated. Complaints received outside of this timescale or not raised at the time of your visit may not be considered.
Photography
- Non-professional photography and recordings are permitted at Porth Farm but all images and videos must be for non-commercial use only.
- Commercial or editorial photography is permitted with prior permission and Accreditation must be requested.
- It is impossible to monitor non-professional/personal photography during your visit and therefore we cannot be held responsible if you or any other visitors including children are featured in any photographs or recordings taken by someone else and which may subsequently be published, we do implore all visitors to be aware of others when taking photographs or recordings, and their subsequent placement.
